We have renamed this area "Featured Promos" because that's what we've got here at IMVU...the virtual world's most exclusive, first class, choice, prime, and posh bundles and promos. We've also launched the new IMVU Blog, where you can go to stay up to speed on all official news, product updates, new feature releases, tips, and interesting happenings on the site. Get ready to be overwhelmed.  

You'll find a link to the IMVU Blog at the top of every page between the Account Settings and Help links. But clever users should subscribe to the RSS feed (located in the top right column on the blog page) or follow us on Twitter (IMVUInc) to be notified when we post the latest news.

We are very excited to announce a new way for users to try to earn IMVU Credits. IMVU Community Members Rally Together for a Cause

IMVU user PraiseRose is turning virtual donations into real world relief for individuals and communities affected by the devastating bushfires in Victoria, Australia.

A Canada native, PraiseRose has never visited Australia, but she was so moved by the coverage of the tragedy on the news that she decided to do something about it. She created this sticker to help raise awareness about the bushfires. The response from within the IMVU community has been overwhelming. Each sticker sells for 750 credits, and community members have also been making direct donations of credits to the cause. So far, PraiseRose has raised over 850,000 credits and the reseller DevCredits has generously offered to purchase the credits at the rate of $55/100 which makes the real life donation close to $500.

"This fundraiser has brought this community together in amazing ways," says PraiseRose. "I've made so many new friends, from all over the world. The response and the trust have totally overwhelmed me."

The fundraiser is set to end on February 28th at which time PraiseRose will donate the money she's raised directly to the Red Cross Victorian Bushfire Appeal.

Changes to IMVU Customer Support

The IMVU Customer Support team has created a new way to manage incoming requests for customer service. As we make this transition, we are discontinuing the use of direct Customer Support email addresses. Instead, we would like you to visit the IMVU Support Center by clicking on the Help link located at the bottom of every IMVU.com page.

Within the Support Center, you will find two lists of frequently asked questions. The first is based on the Most Popular Topics, and the second covers the Most Recent Topics. If neither list answers your question, then you can browse the subject areas on the left side of the Knowledge Base webpage or search (via the search box located in the upper left hand corner). On this page, you will find several ways to help you get an answer to your questions quickly and efficiently.

If you still cannot find what you are looking for within the Knowledge Base, you can submit a ticket to request assistance from our Support Team. To do so, just click the Request Support tab, and then click on Submit a Ticket.
